the digital orange photo blog I like to think of myself as a tuxedo t-shirt because I want to be formal, but really I'm here to party.

I'm Mike Cunningham and this is my photo blog.

I love this city.  It's enchanting.  It's diverse.  It's fun.  It's a place I shall visit once again.

Me and a few friends hopped on a plan Friday night for 72 hours of non-stop San Francisco.  We laughed almost the entire time.  Great trip.

Waiting for our flight to leave at Long Beach Airport.

We finally arrived.  And just as an FYI.....we quickly learned this was not the Golden Gate Bridge.

SanFran2009_25.jpgGearing up for our ride across the bridge....

SanFran2009_51.jpgParty shot on the bridge.  FYI....there is one side of the bridge specifically for bikes.  Do not travel on the other side or your tires will go flat and you will be stranded.

Large steel structures with massive rivets are cool.  Check out the font on the sign too....it's pretty rad typeface, dontcha think?

SanFran2009_79.jpgMe and Ash enjoy a cupcake from Kira's Cupcakes.  Are they better than Sprinkles?  Yes, indeed.

SanFran2009_82.jpgThe tour guide.....

SanFran2009_84.jpgI am mildly obsessed with Graffiti.  Not the stupid stuff you see on the freeway overpass or some liquor store sign....but the legit graffiti.  We walked around the city and passed two local artists "decorating" some wood panels.  They were commissioned to do so by the store owner.

I always have been, and always will be impressed with the artwork these individuals pull of with just a paint can.

We finished the trip with dinner at The Stinking Rose.  They put us out in the back on a secluded patio.  The ambiance was incredible; however, I didn't care much for the food.  I can still smell the garlic....

That's all for tonight.  Stay classy Planet Internet.
