this is by far, hands down the coolest 7-11 birthday party i have ever seen. shauna is my hero.
THANK YOU shauna for being such a good friend to michael, AND - more importantly - for throwing him an unforgettable party!
(07.17.09)There aren't words to describe my jealousy...at least it went to someone deserving
(07.17.09)Seriously! She is so good! And SO cleaver! I love all the words on the back of the Mike paper dolls! So much detail! You will be hired for my hubbs 30th B-day party next year! Happy B-day Mike! Sad we couldn't make it!
(07.17.09)Impressive! Looks like the SoCal social scene is suiting you well... but we did miss you at the 4th of July picnic!
(07.20.09)Okay Mike Melissa and Brian's pictures are amazing. I too love the Amtrak pciture, but I also really like the one with the wedding party at the temple with the tall bushy trees. I commented up here because I totally know Shauna Lewis. I went to high school in Folsom with her older siblings. She did an awesome job on your party. I hope you had a great birthday.
Sooo Fun. Momma Cindy would be way jealious. Happy Day to Mikey.
(07.23.09)What's with you and nipples?

(07.12.09)Thanks for 28 years of joy to our family. Only wish I could've been there to celebrate with you and your friends. Sounds like it was a party of extreme proportions...typical fashion for Michael. Thanks to all the awesome friends who made this a special day. Shauna: you are a champion! Happy Happy Happy Birthday and Lots of Luv to you.
(07.12.09)Dude, this pic looks like it must have been taking when you were still growing up in the OC, in irvine, in the house on the corner, with the iron gate. Happy birthday boof.
(07.12.09)Sorry I missed your birthday, man. No excuses - just apologies. I am the worst friend ever. Hope it was rocking. I am looking forward to the pictures.

I have this friend. Her name is Sara. Sara is awesome. Not only does she share my same passion for wolves, but she also knows how to dance with dolphins. She was kind enough to invite me on her "boat" (the Ritz Carlton on water) and show me the way to dolphin-land. This is our story.
Our ride. 80+ feet of Mari-good-times.
Shoes are not allowed on the boat. Can you guess which are mine? I'll give you a hint....they're not the Tory Burch knock-offs.
Shauna was looking rather Shavy.
HW and the Sebra. Gems in human form.
I believe this was Diversity.
Oh Sarah....just loungin' on the starboard bow.
B Parker. Party.
Brandon. Party.
On the big boat, passing the small boat.
Patiently gazing into the sunset, hoping for that chance to dance with dolphins.
And then they appeared. It was as if they had been waiting all day. The swam next to the boat for about 15 minutes. A very cool experience indeed. Did I dance with one? Negative. Those dolphins play hard to get. So typical.

I shot this with my 24mm wide-angle lens. That's how close they were. Kevin Costner will be so proud.I dig the new blog look. I also love catching glimpses of my tomodachi. Glad you're keeping him company. Say 'konnichiwa' to him for me, k? Oh, and nice shots.
